DevOps Engineer – Global Operations Support | Hybrid Work

Company Overview:
TechForce is a leading IT Consultancy dedicated to delivering innovative solutions across APAC and Europe. We are seeking multiple talented DevOps Engineers to join our global operations team to ensure seamless integration and stable production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide global operations support to the development team across APAC, and Europe, ensuring effective CI/CD processes and a stable production environment. Emergency support outside normal working hours will be required for critical system down incidents.
• Conduct daily monitoring, analysis, patch management, and component upgrades on the DevOps platform infrastructure.
• Provision resources and set up CI/CD pipelines in Development, UAT, and Production environments as per project team requests.
• Collaborate across teams to address challenges and enhance productivity.
• Prepare and update relevant documentation for platform operations.
• Enforce standards, guidelines, and operational policies in accordance with SOX, ISO20000, ISO27001, ITIL, and Cyber Security standards.

Technology Stack:
• Kubernetes, Docker, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Ubuntu, GitLab, Helm, Terraform, jFrog, Harbor, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, Airflow, Karma, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Fluentd, Jaeger.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the technologies listed in the stack.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with SOX, ISO, ITIL, and Cyber Security standards is a plus.
• Good English is a must.
